arrange a tour of our centre. Once a spot has been secured,
you will receive a registration package.
This registration
package must be completed and submitted to the Centre prior
to enrollment. Your package will include:
- A questionnaire
about your child and his/her family
- Immunization
forms
- Parent consent
forms
- Parent handbook
